Ava’s 3rd Birthday Party Theme – inspiration photos

And…game over. Theme has changed to a loose “island theme”. I’m really trying to stay away from a purely “Hawaiian” or “Moana” themed birthday, but want to create the casual vibe of an island breeze with pops of bright colors and pineapples. I think this will still go along beautifully with the pool party we have planned at the place where she takes swimming lessons.

My creative juices are still flowing, but I’m envisioning big yellow food plates (the plates and napkins above will be used for dessert) and cups, dark green napkins, and pineapple centerpieces sitting on palm leaves.
